Return and Return Policy

The terms of purchase are provided upon completion of the billing process. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions it is your understanding that the products purchased – understand nutritional supplements, beverages, groceries, cosmetic products, personal care, among others – contain components from various natural sources, including hemp. Osmosis CBD products are manufactured in laboratories or companies that strictly follow the guidelines of the Costa Rican Ministry of Health and the regulations on manufacturing of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are made in accordance with regulations on the production of dietary, nutritional, edible, or cosmetic foods. Therefore, no property is assigned to products that have not been previously registered with health agencies governed in accordance with current legislation. Osmosis CBD is not responsible for sales or false claims that an external person may give to the products sold herein.

Your experience is important to us. Buyer will receive a return according to the nature of the purchased products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make a return of the product for a full refund if the product is intact in your presentation. Understand, box in good condition, full bottle unsealed or used. This notification must be made to Osmosis CBD within 24 hours of purchasing the product. To make the return effective you must write an email to [email protected] with the detailed information: invoice, day of purchase and reasons why you request a refund and refund of your money.

REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT BY DELIVERY

All our products have been made with the highest quality processes and all deliveries are carefully inspected before being shipped to our buyers. Upon receipt of your package, please carefully check that the product has not been damaged during delivery. All claims for damaged products must be notified to Osmosis CBD within 24 hours. Please contact us or your supplier if the product reached its damaged delivery. To make the process effective you must send an email [email protected] with detailed information: reasons, purchase invoice, and photographs of the damaged product.
