Return and Refund Policy

Terms of purchase are provided upon completion of the checkout process. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions it is your understanding that the products purchased – meaning nutritional supplements, beverages, groceries, cosmetics, personal care products, among others – contain components from various natural sources, including hemp. Osmosis CBD products are manufactured in laboratories or companies that strictly follow the guidelines of the Costa Rican Ministry of Health and the manufacturing regulations of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are made in accordance with the regulations on the production of dietary, nutritional, edible or cosmetic foods. Therefore, no property is assigned to the products that has not been previously registered with the health agencies governed in accordance with current legislation. Osmosis CBD is not responsible for sales or false claims that an external person may give to the products marketed here.

Your experience is important to us. The Buyer will receive a refund according to the nature of the products purchased. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a full refund as long as the product is intact in its presentation. Meaning, box in good condition, complete bottle unopened or unused. This notification must be made to Osmosis CBD within 24 hours of purchase. To make effective the return you must write an email to [email protected] with detailed information: invoice, date of purchase and reasons for requesting a return and refund of your money.

REIMBURSEMENT OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT UPON DELIVERY

All our products are manufactured with the highest quality processes and all deliveries are carefully inspected before being shipped to our buyers. Upon receipt of your package, please check carefully that the product has not been damaged during delivery. All claims for damaged products must be notified to Osmosis CBD within 24 hours. Please contact us or your supplier if the product arrived at delivery damaged. To make the process effective you must send an email to [email protected] with detailed information: reasons, purchase invoice, and pictures of the damaged product.
